「We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. 「Staff was nice and friendly, however the hotel is falling into disrepair. Many ceiling leaks and water damage all over property including in the pool area which was actively leaking. Elevator out of service due to a flood on the lower level. Pool water was fairly cold and our room consistently smelled like pot or cigarettes and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. 「The room was clean and the staff was nice. It’s not a big hotel, only two stories. In a good location and pretty easy to get to. It’s just a redone older hotel I think so they are trying and doing a good job of keeping up with the bigger chains.」

「Trash was piled in the closet from previous guests and was not noticed when room was supposedly cleaned. Also hair on sheets of both beds. Will not return.」
