「We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.」

「We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. 「The house was big and spacious and very close to the beach. We wanted a beach vacation so this was perfect. The house was great as far as running back and forth for food or beach toys for the kids. The beach is gorgeous too! Perfect waves and temperature. Clean too. The only thing I did not like is that the house is pretty separate. You had to use the front steps to go downstairs or the back steps. Not great with younger teens. The house did feel like it was in a safe area so I wasn’t...

「Great location and property! Really enjoyed the stay and close to family who lives on Ashland drive behind the college. Would love to stay there again in the future when visiting family. Only suggestions would be get a new mattress in the smaller guest room as it was a valley bed and too soft. Guests in that room had a hard time sleeping. Also the barn doors made a lot of noise so would suggest traditional doors if possible or some other alternative. Thanks for the great stay!」
