“Amazing over night stay. Rooms fantastic and the food too. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will also come back myself. ”
“We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same”
“Great location with two train stations to London, lots of restaurants. The Premier Inn has a good breakfast/dinner bar too. Well kept and safe location.”
“Need take a bus and walk few mins to get the hotel,
The room is very clean and comfortable, room is not big but bathroom is.
There are only three rooms provided with a very village bar on the ground floor, also it is the reception desk for you.
The served breakfast is big size with toast, pastry, jam, cream, cearels with hot tea or coffee. Not sure if can choose hot british breakfast or need to pay for it in the bar. overall is good with nice staff if you want to have a quiet vacation in a nice……
“Stayed 1 night in room 1, twin room on ground floor. All looked quite new, super clean with great facilities. Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. ”
“Exceptionally good. Ice maker in corridor. Coffee machine in room. Bed was so comfortable. You will have everything you need in room. Free in house car park also safe and convenient for traveler. Breakfast served hot and with buffet table.”
“This is our go-to place to stay when it's available. The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay.”
“I’ve stayed here a few times, and each time is excellent! The area is really nice and safe as a solo female traveler. There are very close supermarkets and shopping. The riverside and the green are very nice and picturesque. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. This is my go-to place to stay when I go to London. I’ve had a better experience here than when I’ve stayed at other chain hotels, such as Marriotts and Hiltons. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
One thing to mention is……
“Amazing stay, large comfortable bedroom however bathroom needs a refit with black joint and mould on the shower ceiling. However fantastic breakfast and really nice team! ”
“You would not believe the pub was in such a lovely area and with the high street and all its other offerings so close - so close to London , Heathrow and transport - a gem !”
"Location is good, many shops nearby like Primark, Boots and supermarkets, but 10 mins walk from tube. Room condition is average, no slippers provided."
"I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new renovated, I saw a group of insects gathering at a corner of the ceiling. Anyway, they rapidly arranged another room for us. Overall, their hygiene is fine in acceptable."
"Room is small but is big enough to open my luggage. Bathroom is terrible small I don't think it big enough for a man. Breakfast only some toss, you have better choices outside. Staffs are excellent even not everyone with smile. Anyway I like here !!"
