“Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal.
Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.”

“Lovely hotel nestled in a very quiet location right next to Richmond Park, with easy access to Isabella plantation. We really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms in good condition with recently renovated bathrooms. Only small comment is regarding the poolside changing rooms which are really in need or renovating. ”

“歐洲最差的酒店，住了2個晚上。
房間很小枱，很難放東西。地毯老舊，酒店早餐貴，但食物選擇小。 地鐵站搬行李不方便，因為沒升降機。
總結：職員態度差，房間浴室門壞了，說好換，但職員一個推一個，最後沒有換。
第一天浴室房門不能關上，職員沒有上來協助，只送了明天2份早餐劵給我們，由於當日房滿了，前枱說明天早上再安排換房。
第2天早上，2位職員說我們不用搬行李，晚上回來時行李會安排好在新房間。
但第2天晚上，男職員說由於房間滿了及有維修職員上房維修了門，所以沒有換房間。但我們回到房間發現門都是很難推開，不覺得職員有維修。男前枱職員上來都覺得不容易開。他又說送早餐，但我們拒絕。要求見經理。他說明天早上我們一定看到經理，晚上沒有經理。
第3天早上，最惡劣的肥胖前枱女職員，態度最惡劣，不給我們見經理，對此事沒有道歉，還說沒有職員說我們可以換房，真的十分生氣。所以我們回房了
過了30分鐘 ，check out時，經理出現，有和我們道歉。但覺得其他普通職員完全不知在做什麼，服務態度差，安排差，如果一早沒有房間，不應說可以換。
絕對不會再住此酒店，惡劣的體驗”
