“Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)”

“Lovely welcome from Maddie on arrival we were made to feel welcome and nothing too much trouble The room had some lovely extra touches like nice biscuits tea coffee and water We will definitely return we had a meal in the evening really reccomend that and folllowing morning breakfast was freshly cooked and relaxing. “Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……
