「Kevin, the house owner/manager, is super helpful and responsive. The house is a great place to stay if you are going to Spanish Wells.」

「We ate breakfast and dinner in and found the kitchen had everything (except a machete to open coconuts lol!) we need. Lunches out gave us a chance to meet locals and try great seafood. We also used the outings to check out other beaches. Wallace the property manager was so helpful and helped us with a rental car that could hold 6 as well as introduced us to Forster who brought us local fish fillets and lobster to cook.The home has kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling gear, floats and boogie board....

「Just spent an amazing week at Chatterbox with our family of four. The house is darling and was the perfect size for us. We loved to watch to comings and goings of Pigly Wigly from the front porch and the walkability to the bay. The house is situated in the heart of everything. The trip to the beach is walkable but quick in a golf cart. Two days were very windy at the beach so we grabbed some sandwiches from across the street at Dunmore Deli and hung out on the balcony and widow’s walk. Great...

「Every year a bunch of friends choose a spot in the Bahamas to go and spend 4-5 days and enjoy fishing, swimming and local hot spots. This years choice was perfect for us. We were able to keep our 62’ boat on site for the guys to take out daily for morning fishing. Ladies would hang back at the house and swim in pool or take golf carts (which I highly recommend your renting) and go to beach or local bar/restaurant. Edsol, an onsite property mgr would stop by daily to see if we had any issues. One...

「My second time in 2 months. Nothing beats the tucked away privacy of this spacious home and yet it's just 2 minutes from the grocery and all other amenities. Not a cutesy cottage, a luxury home away from home with all the space to cook, unwind and play. I took my grown kids but would be great for a girls' get away or couples trip. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I'll be back. 」
