“We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. On Saturday night we cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed it with family and friends. “We rented the condo to attend a graduation in Erie, PA and we were 16 with a mix of different ages. From the outside the condo looks small, but it's pretty spacious on the inside. Most of the rooms have full baths, except one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The upstairs has the 2 "bedrooms", which are basically a large room with multiple beds and a bed in a large corridor leading to that room. Those rooms can fit about 6-8 people pretty comfortably and there is 1 full bath there. Then there are……

My son was celebrating his 18th birthday on the day of the full solar eclipse with family including my 10 month old twin nephews and three year old nephew. The house had space to accommodate everyone's needs and the hosts did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to include some special decorations for our event. “The host was wonderful, we needed to make a last minute change to our booking and they were very accommodating. Very quiet area. We were expecting to be in a city area and this was well away from all of that. We drove around and saw MANY MANY deer. We found a wonderful park for the kids to play and lots of places to eat that were not chains.”

“This was the coolest place to throw party. We booked a band and gathered 35 of our nearest and dearest to celebrate my wifes 40th birthday. It could not have gone better. 18 bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. The property was beautiful and private. “It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept.
