“The house was clean. The outside table and children's playhouse not so much. The cushions on the basement couch were badly stained. These are observation not complaints. There was plenty of parking and the neighbors were friendly. Speedy replies from the owner. ”

Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! ”

The location was amazing, we were able to easily park ( DC easy, but still) we were able to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy restaurants. Jonathan provided so many extras, from toiletries to coffee and ziploc bags. Great location, great place. ”

“We stayed at this location while sightseeing in DC. The hosts communicated everything accurately and provided good instructions for checking in/out, and parking. The parking pass worked out really well and the townhouse had enough space for our family of five. One of the best things about this rental is the location. We walked to the Capital Building, Library of Congress, and metro bus stops. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.”
