「1.地點非常好。 2.好近條街和商場。 3.買東西十方便，想買甚麼也有。 4.行大約15 分鐘可以到達火車站，可乖火車轉地鐵去倫敦行街。 5.酒店外街道清潔。 6.有免費停車場非常好。 7.有後花園好 8.酒店好有特色，地板是木板，所以會有些木板聲。 9.酒店外貌與四圍的環境好配合，使人覺得好舒服。 10.酒店附近也有不同的選擇食品。(例:中國，泰國，日本食物等) 11.服務員好有禮貌 12.早餐也好好味。 13.食早餐的地方，有些櫈太舊，不過大多數都是清潔的。 14.沒有升降機，要自己拿上或下樓比較辛苦。 不知是否可以叫服務員幫手拿的。 15.如有中英對照和圖樣的餐牌更好。」

「The shower was leaking water in 4 places and difficult to operate. Water ended up going everywhere. The shower was extremely high to step up into. My other coworkers commented on this for their rooms too. The room was never cleaned or freshened up in a Mon- Fri stay. They kept asking for tips at the bar even for one drink?」

「We loved the well kept hotel. The garden is manicured and gorgeous! We ate at the restaurant and the meal was tasty and nice. We also watched live sports at the pub. Staff was very attentive in both and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying at the hotel if you’re visiting the beautiful Cotswolds. 」

「Tomik was a friendly and professional host who stayed for our late arrival and provided a warm welcome to the castle. Our stay was only short but everything was there including free continental breakfast. The turret had great views over the countryside and could park the car in front. Recommend to everyone for an experience of staying in a castle. 」

「Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. 」
