「disaster stay have provided info but not received anything back which is adding furhter disappointment to the terrible stay」

「God experience of staying」

「Friendly staff, situated near a big supermarket, 20 minutes bus from Norwich City.」

「Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner. My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.」

「Excellent breakfast and great view from the restaurant. Reception staff」

「There was more parking spaces when we got there late, the receptionist was very helpful she explained where the restaurant was and the bar where we can now order food if we are hungry which we were, because the restaurant was closing. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice dinner was excellent depending on your choice. Overall friendly staff and my stay was enjoyable. Plenty of leaflets on were you want to go and see.」

「Nice room , very tidy and clean 」

「I stay」

「The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave.」

「Staff are very friendly」

「Nice view friendly staff 」

「Everything was spot on. Thank you」

「Would be better if wifi is fixed 」

「Too old」

「The location was great for our needs. Very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. Great gym. Some of the golfers were rather noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning but overall a very pleasant stay」
