“Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. Will definitely be staying her again. ”

“Just some minor things I noticed but overall an enjoyable stay. One elevator was down and the one we took took sounded unsafe. The front door attendant and valet were not friendly or helpful in that we could have used the elevator instead of stairs with all our luggage. In our rooms some dust and a spot on duvet but otherwise clean, well thought out and spacious. Food and art in the hotel are fabulous as well as atmosphere. Staff were helpful when asked.”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. When I looked this up prior to booking it just stated "parking available". I think it was like $26. You enter the hotel in the back as well by hitting the ring……

“Jackhammer noise”

“Check in was ok. The lady behind the desk was not overly welcoming, but was kind enough. She did ask if we had a vehicle and provided parking pass. She neglected to advise us parking was $15 a night. The cost was not an issue, but communication would have been appreciated. We got into the room and there was an empty cigarette pack in the trashcan. Again, not overly concerning, but disappointing. The room itself was nice, but there were a considerable amount of noise from sirens. The air……

“Very friendly, helpful staff. Everyone we had an encounter with that was part of the hotel staff was very happy, friendly and helpful! This is so refreshing! Clean, comfortable rooms in a unique building. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”
