“we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto……

“The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. We also ate in the hotel and the food was first class. Will definitely go back. It is so close to Glasgow airport too.”

“I highly recommended this hotel it's away from the centre, so you get piece and quiet and not far walking distance to the train station. Fantastic pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms and cool water shower to use during your stay as well as a 24 hour gym The breakfast was really nice. The room was very clean and they provide you with anything you need extra towels and milk etc Also a nice gesture was free water machine in reception and comfortable places to sit while you wait for a taxi I……

“Limited parking space, staff is helpful and friendly, I can see lots of dog owners check in every time passing the reception. Limited resources provided inside the room which is understandable for this price range.”
