“My husband and I stayed for two nights with our dog. We really enjoyed the how secluded the property was. The drive in was beautiful, we saw plenty of wild life with the bonus of the fall colors starting to appear. Our main goal was to fish, we were surprised / excited that this property had a small row boat you can use outside. (Just bring your trolling motor). Grave lake is has great fishing. We would love to come back.”

“This was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking at for vacation. The cabin was amazing, with an incredible view of the lake and all the necessities to do cooking. The lake was a beautiful and we had a great time on the paddle boards and using the canoe. Judy was absolutely wonderful and a great host! We would love to come back again! We can’t thank Judy enough for a wonderful week.”

“I traveled with a friend and we both found this cabin well-equipped every cooking utensil and pan that we wanted. We received a welcome visit from Judy when we arrived. She made sure we knew where everything was and invited us to ask for anything else we needed. The smores were great and sitting by the dock and on the large deck were great spaces to relax. We highly recommend this place.”

“This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. This was the first time we used a VRBO type place and let me tell you, the hosts have set the bar pretty high for any other place we stay at. The cottage was warm and invited and full of good vibes. We felt right at home. We would love to go back once.the snow and ice are gone and can utilize all the outdoor stuff they have for their guests. Top notch!!”

“Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!”

“The home is beautiful and is set on the hill of a wonderful lake. The hot tub was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The only reason I gave a 4/5 on the accuracy of the listing is that I didn’t see (or maybe just missed it) that there are many stairs to go up/down to get to the home from the car. We had one person with a broken foot (in a boot) and one person that had total reconstruction of their leg due to an accident… stairs just made it much more difficult. But, the once in, it was……

“This is the best eqipped VRBO property we've ever had the pleasure of using. The location is private yet very convenient to local establishments. It was very comfortable with space for everyone to enjoy the peace and quiet as well as areas for larger groups to hang out. Looking forward to another opportunity to stay at this property!”

“Ashley was great to communicate with. The property is very nice. The outside space is great, sits right on the water. We cooked all our meals outside. The cottages came equipped with pretty much everything we needed. They are a little small but very nice. The sand near the shore can get soft but if you walk out far enough you’ll find hard sand. The views are great. We had a great time.”
