「All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

「We had a fantastic stay at Imperial Topaz at Richmond and would definitely recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and presented to a high standard, making it feel like a home away from home. All the amenities were excellent and everything worked as expected. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable—I was even able to play online games without any issues. The location is another big plus....

「It was so quiet and peaceful. Spacious. In addition to this house, the other homes were also beautiful. It was a nice treat to walk around and take pictures of everyone’s garden. Lots of orchids. There was a great Sunday Brunch with lovely live music. 」

「If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors. It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself...

「The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing. 」

「When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I can’t wait to come back again! Loved it.」

「Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit...

「This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. The property manager, Mr Davy, was very kind and attentive from the moment I landed, and stayed in touch even after I landed back home to make sure I made it back to my destination safely. He's always a quick whatsapp message or a phone call away if you...

「Perfect Location and Excellent Hosts! "Our stay at Avant Family Villa was absolutely great. The location is great — quick drive to Ocho Rios’ top attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain, as well as several beautiful local beaches. The villa itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private community pool and beach access. Having a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank Cambio/ATM and restaurant right on-site made our trip so much easier. A huge...
