Great spot

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, had a great porch with rocking chairs, and had plenty of towels and anything else we needed. The people who run the property were very communicative as well. I will stay here again without a doubt the next time I am in St.Augustine :).

We stayed here for the weekend and loved it-I’d say this property is our favorite from all the others we’ve used in st. Augustine. From the start, communication was quick and helpful-the owners were very extremely responsive. Our unit was perfect for my husband and I and our small dog. It was a little apartment that had everything you could need. The bed was so comfortable too which is very important to us! The location was ideal. We were able to walk to the historic area in less than 10 minutes. Parking was also a breeze. We took advantage of the street parking which was right out front, which couldn’t have been more convenient. We will definitely come back and I can’t say enough about this property.

Everything you could want or need is found in this rental. Location, kitchen, bath, equipment, WiFi…it’s all here. Comfortable, scrupulously clean, and even parking! I can’t compliment owner and staff enough.

Perfect location

Great Property and Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The entire property was very well kept. The bed was super comfy too! Parking was not a concern. The location of this property is fantastic. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to everything. We visit St Augustine a few times each year and this location is by far the best we have found. Would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit St Augustine!
