Excellent location and views. Really nice pool area. We enjoyed the porch area. Home is older and shows wear, being oceanfront, but that didn’t affect our stay. Had to kill a couple palmetto bugs, but being born and raised in Florida, it’s expected. Would stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay for our quick getaway. Inside was very neat and tidy and the decor was so cute. A little trek to the beach, but wasn't bad at all. We loved having the pool and sitting on the back deck.

Overall, our three nights were good at this rental. What could be better is the pathway to the beach. This area needs to be trimmed along the way down to the beach; sandspurs were all over us along with us constantly having to push weeds out of our way. At the end maybe add rails or some kind of walkway. The dunes were very hard for my grandmother. Also, to include a stake or descriptive (walkway) was hard to find our way back from our beach walk. Just looked like dunes everywhere, especially hard for the evening walk to find which trial was ours. Besides the walkway to the beach everything else was good.

Most of our stay was very good. There are a ton of small added amenities in the unit that make the stay easy, and my son loved the bunk beds. The walk to the ocean is easy and cute, and there was myltiple turtles that lived in/ near our yard who were frequent guests.The main issues we had were around our arrival. When we got on site all of the towels (large and small) in the whole unit had been washed, folded, and put up still wet. This was also the case for the queen sized bed (the sheets and blanets were all damp). We reached out and a new dryer was brought in on the 3rd day of our stay, but it was a huge inconvenience.

The house was cozy, clean and comfy. Only suggestion I have is to fix the pathway to the beach and add an outdoor shower. The pool was amazing, loved the outdoor space.
