Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at the salty air retreat. Plenty of room for all, the backyeard is well manicured with a pool/firepit/outdoor tv, and the overall neighborhood is peaceful and quiet! Quick walk to the beach is an added bonus!

The entire entertainment space from the bar to the pool and the lower level the house provides an amazing time for all ages. Plenty of living space and parking. I highly recommend a stay here

Amazing weekend at salty air!

What an amazing home, we came to enjoy the Florida sunshine, but the weather didn’t cooperate, and thankfully this home was very accommodating. The heated pool, the game room and huge tv’s everywhere made it an amazing and enjoyable experience. Definitely booking again!

Beautiful outdoor oasis

Loved the backyard! Great pool and terrific bar with tv to watch football games. Enjoyed the provided cornhole, grill and bikes. Sat by the firepit many nights and enjoyed the water. House was very clean.

It was a nice experience. We would rent again. Pool was nice. Roomy. Steaming and Wifi were good. Interesting neighborhood. Expensive big houses mixed in between double wides and abandoned lots, screamed Florida. Once on property, screamed vacation retreat. Cool place.

This house is absolute paradise found

Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed staying at the salty air retreat! There’s so many fun amenities and the location is outstanding! The house was spotless and had everything you could ever need to create family memories to last a lifetime. From enjoying epic sunsets from the heated pool to watching sports at the tiki bar and having a fire going in the fire pit you won’t ever want to leave. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Nice vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at the Salty Air Retreat. The bathroom downstairs was very small and no storage for toiletries. Otherwise it was roomy enough for 5 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8. The pool & deck area was nice, with lots of tree shade. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming. The beach is about 5 minute drive and The Alligator Farm is about 15 minutes away.

AMAZING getaway

The place is located just by the beach on a beautiful canal. There was a plethora of activities we were able to do like swimming in the pool, playing table shuffleboard and darts in the game room, and drinking beers at the tiki bar while we watched Sunday night football! The whole house was well furnished and spacious. There was obviously a lot of thought put into the decor and feng shui. We were even given a list of things to do in the area and great places to eat at. The salty retreat was the perfect place for our families to Stay at for our vacation.

"Our recent stay at Salty Air Retreat was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable. First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. They were prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that the hosts put a great deal of effort into maintaining a pristine environment. We could not have been happier with our stay. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The location can’t be beat! Nice quiet street, with the heated pool and a nice walk to the beach! The game room for the kids was a big hit. We hung out in the beautiful backyard and enjoyed the tiki hut! We are already looking forward to a return stay.

Salty Air Retreat

If you are looking for the perfect beach vacay without the crazy price of staying beachfront, this is it! You are on the water with super cool sky views and the backyard is such an oasis you’ll forget you are missing the sand! The pool is a must have when staying in Florida during the summer. Whether you are fishing off the dock with the kids or sitting pool side with an adult beverage, you are not going to want to leave this place. If you do take off for an adventure, the beach is ridiculously close, you can drive on it or walk over to it, the Alligator Farm is a hop skip and jump away, and don’t get me started on the food choices! If you want to eat in, the kitchen here will allow you to feed a crew! A simple google search will give you more fresh local seafood choices than is necessary with a short drive in any direction to fill your belly. The host is amazing with communication and will share all the local fun stuff if you ask! We enjoyed the attention to detail this stay has to offer. They’ve made this house a home for 1, 2, or 11 guests and offer lots of creature comfort items. Plenty of room for your whole crew so don’t bat an eye if you are looking for space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The evening walks will find you smiling at friendly faces and drivers that wave as they go by. We took full advantage of bikes they’ve provided to ride to the local ice cream parlor! The pool volleyball allowed for great games of kids vs their parents and the kids loved catching crabs in the canal for fishing bait. Definitely will rebook here

Great Spot

This was a perfect spot close to downtown St. Augustine and Butler Beach. My friends and I had a great time in the beautiful back yard, and enjoyed that the house truly had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy each others company.
