Good Experience

This was a nice place to stay. It was very close to an excellent beach. The only drawback was the spiral wood staircase to get to the second floor. It proved to be a navigation challenge for the older folks in our family, the dog, and anyone carrying luggage or groceries to the second floor. Otherwise, we couldn't have asked for better.

My family of 11 just spent a week here & it was great. Very spacious for all of us. The location is great to the beach & it was like we had our own private beach. The house was nice. It could use some new chairs in the dining room. Pretty wobbly. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t dispense the ice. Otherwise we loved it. Would definitely go back.

We had family from Switzerland come to the US and it allowed my husband and I and our two sons and their families from Missouri to meet them at this house so we all could stay together. We all enjoyed the pool & the game room as well as eating out on the front deck at the huge table. Our oldest son grilled meat on the grill practically every day for all of us. The kitchen had pretty much everything needed in order to prepare meals. There are 3 refrigerators in the house so having enough room to refrigerate food was not a problem. My only complaint was 3 bathrooms really wasn't enough for all of us but overall the house was perfect.

St Augustine house

I really enjoyed the house. The big deck had to be my favorite part. It had a great view of the ocean and plenty of room for a family of 11. The only part I would have changed is that I wish it had beach access. The ocean was so close, but there was no direct access on our street. A construction crew was working on the street, and it looks like at one point, they might make access to the beach.

The location of this place was amazing. Very quiet and away from the crowds. There is a very nice quiet beach just across the street! Also the convenience of the private pool was also amazing! There is also a ton of room in the house for multiple families to enjoy. We will definitely look at booking again in the future.

Wonderful home for a terrific vacation! Lots of room to spread out but also plenty of space to hang out together. The ocean views are amazing! Just a quick walk across the street to get to the ocean.
