The owner is very communicative and easy to get along with. Very informative and helpful. The place is clean. It looks like the pictures! Also the neighborhood is quiet and nice. This was easy peezy lemon squeezy of a vacation rental place. I would highly recommend and would revisit for sure.

Wonderful Experience

Was coming to visit family and wanted a place close to them and found this property. It was as described and was perfect. Good amount of space, very clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen was large and spacious. Livingroom dining area was great. We had dinner there twice with plenty of room at the table. They had a chair in the livingroom that everyone wanted to sit in because it was so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Victor answered any questions quickly and checking in and out was a breeze. The only thing I was trying to figure out was the streaming on the TV. There is no local cable so you needed to go through streaming services to find live news etc. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area. It's very conveniently located to everything. Shopping, Beaches, great restaurants etc.

We had a wonderful time staying here over the recent Thanksgiving holiday while we were in town visiting family. The perfect amount of space (with some to spare) for our family of three and an awesome location across from many new restaurants and shops. The king bed was also extremely comfortable! While the place could use a little sprucing up/TLC (some wear not represented in the beautiful pictures), it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. Thank you for opening your home to us, Victor!

The Oasis is a beautiful home with a lot of space for everyone to spread out. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The home is near the beach and St. Augustine our family loved the central location. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed!

Great property with plenty of space for our group. It’s conveniently located right off the highway and near what we needed the rental for. Appreciated all the small details the rental had - like shampoo/conditioner in the showers or the high chair in the kitchen.

Victor is very gracious and accommodating. He responded to my messages quickly every time. The house was clean and comfortable. We took a walk around the area and found it peaceful. We would stay again.

My family and I had to travel to Jacksonville for my husband's uncle'a funeral. We are from Tampa and not really familiar with the Jacksonville. I looked at the listing and it met all our needs and wasn't going to break the break. I reached out to Summit several times to inquire about distance details between all the different events we had to attend. Every question was answered quickly and with compassion once he knew the reason for our travels. He allowed an early check in without an extra change.The townhome was beautiful and clean. I was impressed with all the small details - flat iron, shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided. The decor was beachy and welcoming. We don't get to play anything in the game room but there's always next time. Thank you Summit for your kindness. If I could give you a 10 star review, I would. I definitely will be booking with you again
