Great condo!

This condo was large with a beautiful view of the beach. The area was quiet but a close drive to downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely come back!

Good stay overall with great views!

Condo is conveniently located with beautiful views of the ocean. Our only complaints would be that the floors were not cleaned well before our arrival and we found trash left from the previous guests under the chair. The owner should consider investing in some better balcony furniture as there was only 2 very uncomfortable plastic chairs. We found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable. The beach umbrella and some of the chairs were broken. We had an issue with the television being broken but this was quickly resolved which we greatly appreciated. With a little attention these issues could be easily resolved to improve the guest experience. We enjoyed our time in St. Augustine/Butler Beach!
