Our host ( Bill) was very welcoming and provided helpful/useful information about the local area. The house and pool were very clean and the decor is darling and unique.The kitchen has everything you need from coffee maker, Kureig, blender, toasters, crockpot, waffle maker and MUCH more.The garage is full of pool/beach toys and floats as well as surfboard, SUB and boogie boards and of course lots of Beach-cruiser bikes!ALL the beds are very comfortable (which is Not the case in many VRBO’s) My family has stayed in Many, Many VRBO’sin several states and this is their very favorite We will definitely come back!!

Great family get away

We booked this property for a quick three night beach getaway with my family and two other families. The property had plenty of space for 6 adults and 7 children. The beach is steps away and the pool was awesome.

Perfect House for our Bachelorette Trip!

The house was perfect! Plenty of space for a larger group of girls. Clean, spacious kitchen and sitting area. Sleeping arrangements and bathrooms worked really well and the backyard pool plus being steps away from the beach were better than we could've asked for. The host was so communicative and responsive with details about the property and recommendations for the area. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. There were so many great spots to grab coffee, food and drinks around the area and just a short uber ride from downtown St. Augustine. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend!

Great location, easy access to beach and St. Augustine attractions. Heated pool charges were not clear. My allergy sufferers felt the house was a bit musty. It was great spending time with family at the beach.

Great house for small kids and family gathering

This is certainly an old house but beautifully charming. Pool was great for kids to swim and it is located in a great spot next to many restaurants and things to do. Perfect Beach Location

We had 6 adults and 5 children (ages 5-9). The pool was in constant use, multiple hours on the beach (awesome sunrise walks!). It was a short walk to restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Grocery stores were minutes away. And downtown St Augustine was a short drive. A perfect spot for a family vacation.

The house is very nice. Awesome location right on the beach. There is a pool and Jacuzzi, which is excellent. The owner was great to communicate with and very responsive. The property management team or person needs to be replaced. I know the owner lives far away, but there were just too many things that were not working properly, broken, or just left undone or messy. If it weren’t for the management of the property I would give it five stars. I don’t like when the picture show everything spotless and clean and orderly and then you show up and it is not that way.

One of the best trips we've had in 44 years

What a wonderful trip we had staying at "Surf's Up." Traveling with five of my girlfriends, this place provided everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen, fully stocked, and as an added bonus, a beautiful view. You can't beat the location. We were close to everything, yet enjoyed privacy in our VRBO. Beach access was a breeze, and the in ground pool and hot tub delightful! I'm sure will be back again.

"Fam Jam 2024" St Augustine Beach House

What a wonderful week of sharing and creating new memories! Plenty of space for four of our families to spread out, extra large table for dining, plenty of towels and paper products provided. The views were amazing and having not just one but two washers and dryers helped keep up with the little ones laundry. Comfortable "beachy" decor, bikes, beach cart, WE LOVE IT!

Family Vacation

We really liked the location of this house. Walkable to coffee, restaurants and putt putt golf, we had 7 adults and 7 children in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pool and used it daily. The house is right on the beach which is so convenient when you have little ones. We started everyday by walking down to the beach and watching the sunrise. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had our family reunion here. This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room. Great location. The property owner was very helpful with suggestions of places to see, restaurants to try and touring hints. Close to old St.Augustine town and stores but far enough for privacy. A few glitches that were resolved. I would rent here again.

Everything and more

We wanted for nothing. The house was amazing, clean, roomy, and right on the beach. It was peaceful but still in the area of things to do around it. The bikes were a special thing that the kids loved. Lots of extras in the garage for the teens to do. The first floor master was so helpful so the kids could have the second floor. The house was better than any picture could show. The owner was kind and communicative and the whole process rom start to finish was seamless.
