Welcome to your perfect getaway at Vilano Beach! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, just a short walk from the sandy shores. Enjoy the spacious layout, featuring a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings or relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. Welcome to your perfect vacation home in Vilano Beach!

This 3 bedroom home is 2 blocks from the ocean and offers the easiest access to historic St Augustine from a beach location. This open, spacious home offers plenty of comfort with a fenced in backyard perfect for your pet.

Half a block away is a playground, dog park, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court and field with a backstop. Less than a mile to Publix and the charming Vilano Town Center with a coffee shop and restaurants.

Used as a personal family vacation home, you'll experience the comfort of being right at home. There's a large deck and hammock in the back to unwind after a day on the beach or exploring downtown.

The master bedroom features a spa master bath with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. Each with a ceiling fan.

The backyard is the perfect place for your morning coffee, outdoor dining, grilling or a game of bocce ball. We've been told this area is also our most popular "remote office space."

We had a great stay. The beach towels, folding chairs, and wagon were especially helpful when we walked to the beach. It was only a few blocks but with a toddler we really did need the wagon to carry our things!There was also a playground and dog park around the corner which helped tire out our little ones. We would definitely stay again!

1st Time to St. Augustine

Trisha’s house was great for our family of 5 and dog! We were able to prepare, cook, and grill several of our meals in the kitchen. The dining table fit all of us with plenty of room. The children really enjoyed the game room in the garage and the nearby park. Our dog also enjoyed this home and the fenced in dog park at the local park. We loved the living room area as there was plenty of comfortable seating and soft blankets for everyone to enjoy after a long day at the beach or out sightseeing. This home was very clean when we arrived. There were basic cleaning supplies available to keep the home clean during our stay like mops, vacuum, broom, and dustpan. Amazing location in Vilano Beach! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We walked to the beach most days and it was 5 minutes to Publix and around 10 minutes or less to downtown St. Augustine. Extra fridge in the garage came in handy for our beach drinks and watermelons. Would highly recommend this house to friends!
