“We LOVED this property!!! Thank you! Thank you!! Incredible guest service!! Amazing property!!!”

“Beautiful place to stay. Very convenient to all areas we wanted to see. Communication was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!!!”

“Clean home, good location, quiet neighborhood.”

“Excellent location for exploring the city. Close to public transit, walking distance to lots of places. Very nice condo, clean, well appointed, and comfy beds. ”

“Check in was easy and professionally handled. We were little early and host was able to accommodate the request. Place was clean and location was awesome. Quite a memorable experience. Thank you. ”

“Close to Frenchman Street, French Quarter, streetcar, blue bikes. Coffee just around the corner. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds in one. Place was great for us and our 2 boys. The place was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. ”

“Ricky's condo was the perfect spot for two couples to stay for a friend's wedding! The space is huge, clean, and has all of the amenities you want when travelling (coffee makers, fridge stocked with water bottles, ample towels, even a washer & dryer if needed). Check-in and check-out were easy and secure and we enjoyed exploring the Bywater neighborhood, while being an easy ride away from all of the NOLA sights. Would recommend!”

“Beautiful property which was perfect for us and our older kids to enjoy Jazz Fest. Very clean. The balcony was fun and spaciousness was appreciated with 5 of us sharing the loft. The master bedroom, bath, and closet were perfect and a much needed respite after long days enjoying the music. Would definitely encourage going across the street for groceries, and also exploring the neighborhood for fine dining - Peche was one of our favorites. The remotes/TVs were a little funky, so get that lined……

“Awesome. Host was the beat we ever had.”

“Very nice spot, right off the interstate exit, a 2 minute walk to the streetcar stop. Central to everything! Also had no problems parking directly in front of the home with my rental car. Pretty quiet street (in a good way)”

“What a wonderful condo! We love trying new places in NOLA and this condo is now top of our list. Proximity to the SuperDome and everything we wanted to do! Sad we only booked one night and did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We will be back! The beds are amazing! Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Beautiful building with great views.”

“Overall positive, especially the willingness to modify the reservation due to our own personal time changes with the trip - we did have difficulties getting the AC to cool down the rooms, the remote would not reduce the temperature. Also, I was a bit taken aback by the text I received about a noise complaint supposedly received, there was only my wife and I in the apartment, and we not there much other than to sleep, and I received a text that had an aggresive tone of "guilty until proven……

“Great location, easy to get to!”
