「My wife and I visit New Orleans at least once a year and the Garden district has become our neighborhood of choice. This condo provided a fantastic location for us. First off, it had gated, off-street parking, which is important to us as we always drive to NOLA. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. The condo itself, while a little plain, was comfortable and had most everything we needed (no wine glasses). Crack'd Brunch is right next door and serves a great breakfast/brunch. ...

「The first night we stayed there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which of course was annoying. But our biggest surprise came the next day when we discovered a very large cockroach on the ceiling in the living room. This left us feeling our food was vulnerable and we put everything in the refrigerator. We paid far too much money to deal with these issues.」

「We loved this apartment! Great location and easily walkable to restaurants, bars, and the convention center. We walked to Bourbon St. as well but that was a little further - maybe 15 minutes, but still easy. We liked that the location was out of the busier areas. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and everything was in working order. Plenty of bath towels which was much appreciated. Loved the balcony as well! Staff was very helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here...
