“I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.”

“Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat. We would easily stay there again. The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia.”

“It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! Our room was on the main floor right in the main lobby but it was surprisingly quiet. We loved all the amenities ( free water, sodas, and even red and white wine and homemade cookies). We were in the heart of the town, literally minutes……

“stayed here 2 nights with my fiancé for a small getaway to St. Augustine. this hotel was conveniently close to everything which was a plus, the room was good, clean, the breakfast was ok it definitely could have had more selection but you get what you paid for. i’d definitely consider booking here again if i was in town again for a short stay.”

“The staff members were very nice. The front desk and lobby area was nice and clean. My family and I were not big on the free breakfast. The breakfast sausage didn't look great and the eggs were sitting in water. The room was okay. The shower water and sink water smell pretty bad. The king size bed was horrible and not comfortable at all. We were waking up every morning with bad back & neck aches. Our trash was building up very quickly so we had to request service a couple of times and put out……
