「Claimed not to have my reservation, despite showing them the email confirmation I had received three days prior. Would not give me a room. Probably a blessing in disguise. While I was dealing with front desk attendant, one guest came in and canceled her stay because her room was dirty when she arrived, and another guest indicated that he had no toilet paper or towels in the room he had just checked into. Total dump.」
