“I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. The employee helping us stopped halfway through our check-in to take a phone call, leaving us waiting nearly 40 minutes before returning with no apologies or additional information about the resort. Our room wasn’t ready for almost 4 hours. While I understand delays happen, what was frustrating was being told……

“This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. “My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……
