The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. "

"A beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. There were a few other thoughtful treats but i wont spoil the surprise. Cleanliness of the cottage is definitely a 10/10. Cant fault...

"We stayed in the cottage over Christmas week and had a wonderful time. The cottage was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations throughout which was a lovely touch, also a thoughtful welcome pack was provided. The house was very clean, modern and spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed. We went for walks around the fields and onto the marshes, the village is a short walk away and has a lovely little shop and delicious coffee and fresh pastries. Hot tub was great, so peaceful listening to the birds. Beautiful home in a lovely part of Norfolk. Thank you Patrick we had a great time. "
