Great location!

Overall very good stay. The views and location were excellent! If you’re looking for combination of views and easy access to dining and shopping this unit is perfect! Unfortunately, the elevator had spotty trouble then was completely out for part of a day but they got it working the same day. We did have to use the stairs to 5th floor several times during our stay.

Great location, view is amazing!

We had a great stay at Beach Place. This unit is very well stocked with kitchen supplies (more than any other rental I’ve been in!). Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Only issues were that the fridge water/ice functions didn’t work (and we were told maintenance could not fix this) and that the coffee pot leaked. For anyone looking at this place, give it some serious thought though if the elevator is not yet fixed. There are a LOT of stairs!!

Disappointing

It was very disappointing. The elevator was broken it took 30mins every time we went to the condo. The one bathroom tub had black stuff coming up from the drain and the water pressure was bad. We had only one bathroom to use to get a shower. We didn’t have beach towels . I would never rent again.
