Superb stay

Clean, spacious, comfortable. A great place to spend a week. The condo was exactly as described and is very conveniently located close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The view was lovely and the pool was refreshing. Would stay again.

Great Stay

Beautiful property with an amazing view of the intercoastal out to gulf. Quiet and serene, love spending time on balcony watching the boats and dolphins play. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. All you need to bring are beach towels and bug spray! It is Florida and No-seeums are serious. We would definitely recommend staying here if you plan on enjoying the St. Pete area. Great Stay!

Perfect family vacation, stunning views and peaceful location

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Excellent location with lovely views of the bay and beautiful sunsets. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable - the bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable and with the quiet location we slept very well! Excellent communication from the host and from Sandy Beach vaction rentals. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo

The condo was great. We loved having a full kitchen and laundry for our stay. The property was well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. It was only a short drive from several well known beaches. Great value for the stay.

Excellent Condo

Property was as advertised and clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. High chair and porta crib for the 1 year old was much appreciated. Location of the condo was perfect for us. Nice veiw from the balcony which overlooks the beach and the pool. Owner was very quick to reply with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location but needs some work.

Beautiful location with a fantastic view of the bay, beautiful boats and playful dolphins. A wonderful quiet neighborhood away from the beach hustle and bustle. Wonderful for long walks. We were quite disappointed upon our arrival to find the comfortable looking and ample seating in the living room that was shown on the website was gone and there was not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults, however there was a very large dining table that seats 6 which seems too large for the space. This also was not in the photos. The kitchen was fairly well stocked however we did need to purchase extra dish cloths and towels ( there were two sets) as well as beach towels for the pool, as well as storage containers. There were plenty of spices. A “starter” supply of garbage bags, paper products, dishwasher pods and bath soap was provided. Bed linens were poor quality but seemed to be supplied by a linen service. The unit appears to have been freshly painted. And there was a new washer and dryer. For those who love the beach there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to enjoy. We did not feel the cozy special attention to detail touches that we have come to expect in other rentals we have stayed in many times a year for many years. Kitchen appliances may need updating. The coffee pot most definitely needs to be replaced as it does not auto shut off. The nespresso machine was a nice touch, and we loved the air fryer!

Great place to stay!

This condo was perfect for our family with 4 kids ages 3-11. It was clean and nice. The large balcony was awesome with a beautiful view! My grandpa has a condo in the same building and we came down for a large family vacation. We LOVE the St. Pete area!!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool area and views of Boca Ciega Bay are lovely. The owner of the condo was very pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. I will definitely return!

Recommendations

A review of the cleaning practices would be advised. The floors were so dirty our feet were black within minutes. I had to vacuum, sweep and mop the floors in every room. The balcony was covered in dirt which I also cleaned. It does not appear that the cleaning staff are very thorough. We used the pull out couch, while there were sheets for the bed there was no blankets. Overall our stay was wonderful but these two issues did affect our stay.

Gorgeous beach vacation

This property is absolutely breathtaking. The view of the pool and water can't be beat. The space was very comfortable for our family of 5 with all the amenities you could ask for. The property is located within a short drive to everything St. Pete has to offer. The master bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for my husband and myself and the beach area by the condo was in need of being raked during our stay...which is the only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars. We opted to go to public beaches which are a short drive away. Overall, an amazing stay and a wonderful vacation for the whole family!!

Awesome stay!

When we found this listing we thought it may be to good to be true for the price but it delivered for sure. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The view is spectacular with the sunsets being especially enjoyable. We loved the pool and the outside area in general. We will definitely be wanting to come back again and we are telling g all of our family and friends that it is a great stay!

Great place especially if you need to do remote work

We had a few minor issues but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The owner, although he is in Europe, he was very responsive. Very fast internet connection which was a plus for us that had to work during the stay. Great pool, private beach and views of intercostal. Kids enjoyed watching pods of dolphins playing and pelicans diving for fish. Would stay again.
