The perfect home for a beach getaway!

This is a great pool home close to all the action, yet quiet and private. You are only minutes from Indian Rocks Beach, one of the best beaches in the area. The home is very comfortable and nicely updated through-out. The pool and backyard area where great, lots of privacy. We also loved that it had an outdoor shower! Vacasa's team takes very good care of the home, it was very clean and smelled like a high-end resort inside. Great Spot! Highly recommend!

We just stayed the month of February at this home. It was very clean on arrival. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill many days. It was close to everything. A grocery store, gas station, many excellent restaurants and golf courses. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The beach was close. Our one complaint is that we were charged 1500 to heat the pool. That seems really exorbitant.

Don’t book if you want a heated pool and hot tub

We were not told that the hot tub/ spa was NOT working until after the booking was completed. Also, the listing said heated pool but it was not heated. IF we wa ted it heated it would cost extra and that is what is considered to be a “bait And switch . The neighborhood was resiresidential poor with lots of noise!
