Mont Martre Condo is a great ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath place to enjoy your stay.
The condo has a comfy living room with access to the balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The dining room has seating for 6 at the table with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen has all the conveniences of home. Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher are just a few of this kitchen’s goodies.
The master bedroom is inviting with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The attached master bedroom hosts a double sink vanity and separate shower.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo.


Unit is 1100 sq. ft.

Maximum of 4 guests.

Unit has washer and dryer too.

There is a one parking spot for the renter and if necessary, there are several guest spots for visitors.

Seasonally heated pool, expansive sun deck, barbeque grill and beach access.

This is a monthly rental.

HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 application fee after booking has been approved.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4pm
Check-out is before 10am
