"The person at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had to get a manager involved who had the issue resolved in 309 minutes. This was NOT a manager needed situation shew was lazy and unhelpful. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay. I suggest you replace her she should NOT be the face of your business. There is no place for laziness or lack o0f effort. I booked a Premium room I expect and deserve more for $300 plus a night."

"My husband and I loved staying at SkyBeach. It has the perfect little beach. It was never crowded. They have beach side service for food and drinks as well as providing complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. Unfortunately the main restaurant was closed during our stay (Monday and Tuesday) but the Skybar and coffee shop were enjoyable with solid food and drinks. The rooms were cute and clean with a nice balcony. Cynthia at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. We were there during the week and it was a quiet hotel. The Bistro cafe was on-site and had hot breakfasts for an additional fee that could be added to the room fee we had breakfasts there 3 days. The pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities were great. There was an outdoor bar on the 8th floor. Flipside pizza was connected to the hotel where we could eat. The beach was 2 blocks away and we could walk to restaurants, shops and boat tours. The trolley stop was 2 blocks away as well."
