“This was a wonderful secluded home with lots of land and a private swim hole that allowed our large family to slow down and enjoy each other’s company. The home was equipped with all the amenities one can need. The open concept and large dining island accommodated multiple families and any daily guest. We all talk about returning back for the summer. ”

“It is a nice cottage with a great price. Ren was an excellent host. The refrigerator was not working and she immediately went into action to remedy that. It is not for the handicap or arthritic. The front door latch works hard and with my arthritic hands, I could not open it.Also not for the short person. I am 5'1". It was very difficult to reach the microwave. There is a full length mirror but all the other mirrors were above my head so while decorative not useable for me as a mirror.The……

“Place was perfect for us. Right away noticed how well the upkeep and cleanliness was excellent. Porch has nice setup for watching sunset over Jenkins hill on the lake. BBQ used every night! Kitchen well stocked with high quality pots&pans, heavy duty plates and bowls and thick coffee cups keeping it warm while sitting on the deck. Towels and linens high felt like new! We will be back.Host communicated every detail and response time was within minutes. Thank You!”

“First impression was surprise, we did not realize the rental is actually attached to another property (duplex), so we thought we were at the wrong location. The unit is at the rear of the building with full time residents up front. The owners were very communicative and apologized for any confusion. After the surprise wore off, we did enjoy waking to the sounds of chickens, goats and seeing them walk around on the property. We stayed stayed for a week, if you stay this long, make sure to……

“The cottage was tidy, welcoming, and nicely appointed with a variety of curiosities. Kim had fresh homemade blueberry muffins, homemade biscotti, and homemade English to tantalize our tastebuds. We enjoyed the pool, the fire table, and the outdoor movie screen very much. The property is amazingly well kept and has interesting items everywhere you look and walk. We had fresh grapefruit, lemons, and peaches that we picked right off the trees on the property. Kim and Steve's home is like walking……

“A nice, warmly decorated, quiet & clean home. Monica was awesome. We brought two trucks with two boats, and she was very helpful getting us situated, which took some vehicle gymnastics the first night. Great place to stay.”

“Absolute recommendation - we had a pleasant stay :) nicely furnished, a very well equipped kitchen and wonderful location in the woods and close to the lake. But consider that you have to pay 50$ per vehicle once to enter the community.”
