Although the unit is compact, Ken has included many amenities that made our stay enjoyable: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, etc. The full-size FREE washer and dryer in the building made it possible for us to pack with only carry-on luggage- a huge bonus! The AC was definitely a necessity and the little details like the origami folded towels was a nice touch! 10/10 would stay here again.”

“Our concern with early check-in and the ability to safely leave luggage until check-in time and after check-out was so helpful! We came in on the Key West Express and were easily able to walk the short distance to the Currey Mansion and James House. The room was very clean and perfectly accommodating for my husband and I and our 24 y/o son. My only complaint is that guests left their trash both in the hallway and on the porches…maybe outside trash cans would help those less respectful. ……

“It was a good place to stay and reasonably proced”

“This was the best rental property my wife and I have stayed at. We have utilized rental properties in many different States and also Key West previously but this property was perfect in every way. To top it off, the Vacasa team (specifically Justin) were accomodating, friendly and made our stay first rate. If you are planning a stay in the keys with your spouse/partner and simply want a great place to sleep and use as a "home" base of operations between sight seeing and enjoying all that Key……

One wish - that Key West Hide-Aways had made us aware that the the condo was 3/4 mile from check in location. We took a shuttle to Key West, so did not have a car; arrived late after a long travel day only to discover we still had the 3/4 mile walk in the dark with luggage. Would have been nice not to have this surprise.”
