“We stayed just to hang out downtown a few days off. Location was amazing, building staff were all great. Home was as nice in person as pics, the screened in porch was nice. It was in the 80s and we were VERY comfortable with the HVAC despite the building maintenance being in charge of AC per previous reviews from others. Don't let that scare ya... this place is amazing and easy as pie getting in and out... very affordable parking near by, we Opted for the covered parking a few blocks over for……

“Good condo. Convenient location. Air conditioning is building controlled for the bedrooms. We couldn't cool the bedrooms,except by opening the windows, and there are two other cooling units which are fixed in place (one is quite noisy). They have to be run continuously and they slowly bring the temperature down over many hours. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen and dining stuff.”

“It was a business trip for me to join a conference in Georgia World Congress Center. It is a nice location in the Hotel District and about 20 minutes walk to the convention center and other attractions around the convention center. Atlanta downtown is not as safe as one would wish but it is not a problem with this unit, people staying in expensive hotels face the same when they step out of their hotel. Initially, I struggled to find a grocery store nearby but found a CVS a few minutes later.……

“Overall it was a good visit. The host was great -- communication, description of how to enter room and building, any questions he was quick to respond. Property was a cute space and orderly. Some areas weren't as clean but host quickly addressed to fix. Location was very close to downtown and within minutes of where we needed to go, but I wouldn't recommend this particular location as a family friendly location. Neighborhood not the best.”

“When we arrived at the property there were dirty dishes in the sink and the dishwasher had not been run. When we used the sink, there was a rusted bottle cap stuck in the garbage disposal blades that we had to dig out to get the garbage disposal to run so the water would drain in the sink. There also was no water or ice connected in the refrigerator. We talked to Julius and he said that he had to rush the cleaners out because we had arrived. We actually arrived 2 hours past the check in time.……
