“All is perfect except the barthroom is too small ”

“The room condition in F2 is poor. There are lots of holes in the curtains of my room. The freezer door is broken. The carpet is dirty, and the wallpaper in my room and the walkway are also in terrible condition.”

“The room was spacious, but it faced the main road, so it could be a little noisy if you slept with the windows open. There was a small kitchenette with a full set of utensils, which was convenient for preparing a simple breakfast. The bathroom had a walk-in shower only, with no bathtub. All the toiletries provided were from the Rocky brand. The hotel also offered a small swimming pool and a gym, although we did not use these facilities. We did use the sauna and steam room, but both facilities……

“The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. When we asked for the bed to be made, the housekeeping staff that came in was rude and unhelpful. He came in to open the bed and pointed at the cabinet to tell us to get the bed sheets and make the bed ourselves. There weren't even enough pillows and blankets. He held his head with both of his hands when we requested the bed to be……

“The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.”

“Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. ”
