"Pros: Nice design/style; good lighting; clean-seeming bed and bathrm; very nice TV with Youtube available; movable table with desk chair you could use for dining in your room; nice carpeting; quiet outdoor spot where you can bring your breakfast and eat peacefully. Cons: additional $ required upon arrival, which I think isn't right if we pay the "full price" in advance and we don't have the luxury of refundable cancellation (like as a compromise); dings and scuffs on walls, and stains on grout show they need to increase their maintenance - it's a very nice place but if they let these things go, it's going to get out of hand; lack of enforcement of quiet hours - kids jumping on beds and running around at 2:45 am. (I was able to move to a top-floor room the next morning.)"
