「The room was very clean… STAFF WERE AWESOME!!! Didn’t expect the snowstorm but the property staff was very accommodating. They gave us dinner when no one would deliver! Knocked on our door to notify us to witness a ones in a lifetime Northern Lights experience! Helped us clean our snow covered Rent a car! Plowed a pathway to get us out … The whole experience was unforgettable! So what really stood out was that the staff and property management made sure that they are there willingly to assist us...

「I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. 」

「Estancia cómoda y muy agradable, instalaciones impecables; acceso rápido a tiendas, restaurante y transporte público; si llevas carro tiene estacionamiento. A unos 25 minutos de Reikiavik (en bus público). Cocineta con refrigerador y estufa inducción, para que cocines. El agua de la llave es potable (tratándose de Islandia, muy rica). Y sobre todo WiFi y la Smart con servicios de Streaming (yo veía Disney+)」

「We stayed 4 nights in the apartment, it is excellent! We also see aurora clearly in balcony and the sauna is so good！Even we do not have rental car, the nearby bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance.」
