"Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only minor hitch was the room key stopped working almost every day and I had to come down to the reception and have it reset each time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. The staff was exceptional throughout our visit. From the guards at the checkpoint and the security team at the gate, to the front desk, dining room staff, kitchen team, hostess, housekeeping, and bell staff everyone contributed to a genuinely pleasant experience. Special thanks to Vishnu from housekeeping, Sudhir (whose tea we already miss), and Shivani & Amardeep at the security checkpoint for their warm and welcoming service. They truly made our stay memorable. There were a few initial hiccups with the room, but the overall experience was excellent."

"The rooms were standard and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Service was also excellent. All of the staff that we met with were very pleasant and always willing to help. Loved the location because of the proximity to the metro station and many many restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed walking around after dinner. "
