「Our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean and had a bad odor. Instead of proper toiletries like body wash, we were only provided with a small bar of soap. The breakfast was fine. AC was running with sound all the night」

「The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to...

「We got there before the 4pm check-in. The hotel was locked. The two phone numbers taped to the building were for Florida and New York. I checked the website, called the number listed and the mailbox was full. We left. I realize we are out the money but I would remove them from your site.」
