“This apartment was just as described and very, very nice . It had everything you could possibly need for showering, cooking and feeling comfortable away from home ! They even left granola bars, oatmeal and coffee. The bed was so very comfortable . It was easy for us to find parking , maybe because there weren’t concerts the nights we were there . Our place was on the 3rd floor and it was a bit of a hike to get up there . However everything else was wonderful !!”

“I enjoyed the location to the things that brought me into town, the amenities and ability to speak with the host as needed”

“The property was a good size, comfortable, pretty clean. It did smell like smoke though and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. The refrigerator beeped every few minutes and there was also a smoke detector that chirped constantly. There was loud music playing all night somewhere else in the building and people yelling outside at 3am. With the beeping, chirping, music and yelling it was difficult to sleep. The neighborhood didn't feel very safe either.”

“Loved everything about it except parking”

“Clean and included many extras we were not aware of.”

“Great location for all down town events. Very spacious space with nice amenities.”

“This isn’t favorite place to stay in Cleveland! It’s quiet, peaceful , and so cozy!”

“Loved this apartment!! Kitchen is amazing. Bed was super comfortable. A/Cs worked great. We loved Chagrin Falls and all the cute shops and restaurants!!! Would stay here again for sure.”

“This apartment is great. It's spacious and comfortable and in the heart of the theater district.”

“The area felt unsafe. Poor lighting, poor parking options. Very noisy. Blinds don’t close. The building was shabby and we were approached by residents upset with unit being rented. Did not feel welcome. The key is in a lockbox on an adjacent property. Lock difficult to manipulate. The rental property was clean but not very comfortable.”
