“Room was clean. Needs updating”

“Room smelled like rot. Floor was sticky. Pet friendly, which was great. Water pressure was good.”

“This is a great property to stay and meets all of my needs. The front desk associate, Maria, was friendly and helpful. The parking is easy; the location is convenient. The morning coffee is always fresh. Great place to stay.”

“There was little bit of a misunderstanding for check-in. But that was quickly resolved. After that, everything was excellent. The room the stay everything was excellent. I cannot emphasize how great this place is. I give him six stars. 6 out of 5. Awesome totally awesome.”

“The floor felt dirty. Toilet got stop0ed up. No breakfast of any sort even tho the site i got it from said they had breakfast. It was a bed and thats about all it was. ”

“1. Had to go across the street to register at The Baymont. Should have been noted on Expedia, would have been a red flag. 2. Exterior was dirty and worn. Needs a Power wash for the entire building. 3. First Room was clean, with one broken light. However there was an atrocious stink in the room. I sprayed foot spray all over did not help. I tried to live with it but made me nauseous. Moved to a second room. It too was very clean the smell was a little better. But no coffee……

“Very nice pet friendly property. Nice little place tucked in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking our own meals. The home was very clean with the exception of a single juice box that was tucked back under one of the couches that we took care of with ease. The location is within couple minutes of a grocery store, convenience stores and fast food. A 15 minute trip brings you to Derby, Ks that has many more restaurants, shopping and……

“The scenery was gorgeous. Looked like we were in the Ozarks rather than Kansas. The cabin was spacious with plenty of seating for our day guests. Sleeping room was adequate for the 6 people in our family. With all of that said, the highlight of our trip was one of the property managers, Dusty. In our short 3 night stay, Dusty responded to the property twice (once to assist with an issue we were having with a light switch & to show us around the property, and the second time to personally escort……

“Dirty, run down old motel, with no soap, musty smell ”

“Accueil très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Mais la wifi ne marchait pas bien.”

“Front desk staff last night was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast.”
