Wish rooms had a little more back support (headboard, pillows), lighting/AC wasn't working well and hot tub did break but staff was great in accommodating as best they could. 「Heat didn’t consistently work. Black mold in tub stopper and hair in tub. Went to get into room and batteries on door lock was dying. Spent 30 mins with desk clerk at check in trying to get into room and then by sheer luck I got in. The next morning the desk clerk and main guy tried telling us there was nothing wrong with the door and then I had to escort the maintenance gentleman up so he could see the lock wasn’t working.
