“Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.”

“The first room we were put in had broken AC. They knew and still put me in it. Then did Not wanna refund saying I didn't report it. I didn't need to they had a repair men coming in while I'm in there. Finally got a new room 2nd day in and a small refund last day. It took a lot of time from my mother daughter trip and ruined our vacation. The ocean access and pool area were awesome though. If your short and young looking be prepared to be asked your age for the hot tub.”

“There was a roach in the dresser and the floor was gross to even walk on and it just didnt look or feel clean at all. For the price it should of been better than what it was. ”
