「Located in centre of town there was a lot of noise from people going to and from pubs/clubs, also a lot of boy racers in there cars driving around and around constantly past our room window, we did stay on a Saturday night so probably busier than other nights, but had to have window open due to being hot and no air conditioning, and even with window closed still quite noisy. Made it difficult to sleep till about 2am when people started going home, obviously this is out of the hotel’s control and...

「The room I booked was for 4 people. It was spacious and clean with functional kitchen and bathroom. However there was only one set of cutlery and two cups which made it difficult for us all to have a drink or eat anything. There was also only a small table with 2 seats. Cooked breakfast was included and was reasonably good but I would have also like to have the choice of a cereal option as well. The Hotel is in a good location albeit on a road. It was easy to walk to both low town and high town...

「Looking for a low cost Kidderminster hotel, and this was what I selected. The hotel wasn’t exactly what I was expecting - the name suggests a degree of elegance, but what I found was a downmarket version of a premier inn without the consistency. Relatively convenient for nearby attractions about halfway to Bewdley on the Bewdley road. A decent walk to the center of Kidderminster for most dining options.」

「Just back from a 3 night stay. Everything was 5* staff food beer garden and sun terrace perfect for a few beers in the sun. Room was big and spacious.Will definitely stay here again it was in walking distance to every thing.And the staff are amazing」
