“First time ever renting like this, and it was so easy. The host responded quickly to emails and the property was clean and cozy. The creek in the back sounds so very relaxing any time we opened the door. We did inquire about maybe fishing in it but never got a response back. It seems too shallow having seen it in person anyways. I am cold by nature and didn't ask about heating options, There may have been a different option but I wasn't bothered enough to ask. I did try to turn on the fireplace……

“Excellent cabin with plenty of things you can do even though there is no wifi. Cell phone reception is ok but drops out occasionally. Definitely recommend four or all wheel drive as the 3 mile trip from Whittier you gain over 1300 feet in elevation. Most of the drive is paved but the last quarter or so is gravel and after the last switchback it gets pretty steep and because of the switchback it's not possible to gain momentum. “We were very excited to try a new cabin with my wife's in-laws. We frequent the Bryson area every summer and after reading the reviews of the cabin, I was excited for all of us to have a great time. After arriving to Little Pond and starting to put thing away, we noticed the cabin was filthy. From grease all over the microwave and stove to soap and toothpaste stains on the bathroom walls. The windows were all filthy and had accumulated bugs on the window sills. The upstairs bedroom was……

“Small but perfect home base for exploring the area. We came to drive the dragon for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the area. The little A Frame Cabin helped make that time more enjoyable. If you are coming for the dragon or other nearby drives, the entrance is literally across the street from Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort and the entrance to the dragon.”
