“the shuttle stops running at 10pm which is a drag. Why not midnight. I called. When i arrived in my uber someone else was calling the front desk about the same thing.”

“I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend……

“This is a "no frills" type hotel stay but it is clean, quiet, located in a convenient area, and managed by a very competent young man behind the front desk. Just an "FYI - you have to request the cleaning staff as I did not see any during my four night stay recently.”

Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. ”

“The cutest, cleanest boutique hotel on The Cape. Beautiful accommodations, excellent staff. I asked for ice cubes and they brought me a cup filled with ice and a lid. Every time we pulled in the owner offered to carry our bags to our room. Beautiful details in the decor of the room, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.. Great little coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Perfect location close to mini golf, bumper cars, ice cream and seafood. Very quiet, never heard our……

“Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay.”

“There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv.……

“For the most part, everything was okay. Greg was very welcoming. But the bathroom sink hardly had any hot water and the water in the shower took like a few minutes to warm up.”
