Big bathroom with strong water pressure. Nice private porch, too. We took the hosts suggestion and took the Trolley in Asheville for a 2-hour tour. Twenty minutes to Biltmore Estate. Ken and Patti were so pleasant and friendly and the private suite around the back was just so very well done. Relaxing, private and quiet place. Highly……

“This was my first Vrbo booking. The location was beautiful and quiet. The house was very clean and upkeep. Both bedroom had tvs and a firm, comfortable mattresses. Kitchen had a lot of accessories if you wanted to cook. The living room was very comfortable with a fireplace. Definitely will be coming back. 10/10”

“We had a fabulous time at the house. The drive was not bad, roads paved and not too steep. The kids had a wonderful time playing ping pong everyday. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. Beautiful winter views off the back porch. The owners are very communicative and available for any questions. “Six of us stayed in the chalets for two nights. It was a perfect size for our group and we liked the privacy and sleeping options the two units provided. We enjoyed the walk into town - just about a mile to the nearest brewery, though we took Ubers home. Overall a great stay and perfect for our purposes.”

“The Swiss Chalet in Asheville was an excellent home base and incredibly convenient to town, yet feels totally private. Nestled up in a hill the city views from the living and dining room could not be beat! We were welcomed with cookies, a guest book, and a cozy, comfy, well appointed cottage. Our dogs were included in the welcome with a fuzzy bed, treats, bowls, towels and blankies galore (even though we brought our own to protect the furniture)! “Wonderful views of the mountains! We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner was accommodating and friendly and answered all our questions promptly. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. About a mile outside the village, we hiked to Roaring Forks waterfall, which was beautiful and an easy hike. We drove to Mt. Mitchell and ate a delicious meal overlooking the valley. If you want to find a quiet and relaxing place, this is it!! One caveat-the drive is challenging on 80, so get there……
