“Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!”

“My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.”

“Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place.……

“Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana throughout the hallways stairwells. Mold and mildew in bathroom with rust showing. Bathroom door looked like it was spray painted. Kitchen stove top didn’t work. Laundry was out of order. People smoking in front of all doorways Would not recommend staying here.”

“We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10. The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again.”

“The bed was broken, and you could feel the coil springs through it, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the air conditioning unit wouldn't even turn on, completely dead, and, The wastebasket in the bathroom was full with the previous guests trash!! I tried to tell the front desk about it in the morning, and she just seemed to not really care, although she did say "sorry". I have stayed in lower priced accommodations and so I didn't have high expectations, but that was too many things wrong,……

“The hotel was nice and clean. It is only about 18 months old. Everything in the room was great. The only issue is there is no airport shuttle service. Otherwise it was a good stay.”
