“Very nice room. Lovely meal in the evening and good breakfast. Didn't use the superb gym but did use the sauna and steam room which were very good. Overall great stay.”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“The place itself is big, full of facilities and nicely decorated. It's biggest asset is it's people. We were treated so well from start to finish for our whole stay. Polite and courteous and also good humoured and friendly.”

“Everything was as we expected. Great staff, friendly bar and a great steak night. Not forgetting a fabulous breakfast. The only negative were the impressive bird droppings on my windscreen after I made the mistake of parking under the trees in the car park. Long journey to Tesco Wellingborough to find a car wash!”
